We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. As a result, cancellations are only possible within a very short window after the order is placed.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Items that have been used, assembled or installed
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items missing original packaging, accessories or documentation
- Items damaged by the customer through misuse, dropping or improper handling
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless defective)
- Items returned without prior written authorization from our team
- Items where the serial number or labels have been removed or tampered with

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome via email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
If your item arrived damaged, broken or defective, we sincerely apologize and will resolve this immediately.
Please do the following within 48 hours of receiving the item:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
- Email care@bealume.store with your order number and the photos
- Describe the damage in detail
We will review your case within 1–2 business days and offer one of the following resolutions:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A free replacement item sent to you
- A partial refund if the damage is minor and the item is still usable
If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, we apologize for the error. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at care@bealume.store with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item you received
- A photo of the packaging label
We will arrange one of the following at no additional cost to you:
- The correct item sent to you as a priority shipment
- A full refund if the correct item is out of stock
Return shipping for wrong items is fully covered by Bea Lume.
