Return & Cancellation Policy

Section 01
Overview

At Bea Lume, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the return and refund process as smooth as possible.

This Return & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on www.bealume.store and is operated by ULTIMUS LLC (TIN: 3103415741). Each return request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure the fairest outcome for our customers.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Requests made after this period will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. As a result, cancellations are only possible within a very short window after the order is placed.

Return Eligibility

Each return request is evaluated individually. The following situations are generally eligible for a return or refund:

We review every case fairly and individually. Please contact us with full details and photos where applicable — this helps us resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Section 04
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been used, assembled or installed
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories or documentation
  • Items damaged by the customer through misuse, dropping or improper handling
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless defective)
  • Items returned without prior written authorization from our team
  • Items where the serial number or labels have been removed or tampered with
⚠️ Never send items back without first receiving written authorization from our team at care@bealume.store. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

How to Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return request:

Contact Us
Email care@bealume.store with your order number, reason for return and photos of the item.

Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with a decision.

Receive Return Instructions
If approved, we’ll send you the return address and packaging instructions via email.

Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Share the tracking number with us.

Item Inspection
Once received, we inspect the item within 3–5 business days and confirm the refund amount.

Refund Processed
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Section 06
Return Shipping Costs

Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Bea Lume is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping. Keep your tracking number until the refund is confirmed.

Section 07
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome via email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

If you paid via Payriff, Stripe or Payoneer, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. This is standard processing time for these payment providers and is outside our control.

Section 08
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, broken or defective, we sincerely apologize and will resolve this immediately.

Please do the following within 48 hours of receiving the item:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
  • Email care@bealume.store with your order number and the photos
  • Describe the damage in detail

We will review your case within 1–2 business days and offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A free replacement item sent to you
  • A partial refund if the damage is minor and the item is still usable
For damaged items you do NOT need to return the product in most cases. We may ask you to dispose of it locally to save on return shipping costs. Our team will confirm this when reviewing your case.

Section 09
Wrong Item Received

If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, we apologize for the error. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at care@bealume.store with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item you received
  • A photo of the packaging label

We will arrange one of the following at no additional cost to you:

  • The correct item sent to you as a priority shipment
  • A full refund if the correct item is out of stock

Return shipping for wrong items is fully covered by Bea Lume.
