Delays & Lost Parcels: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at care@bealume.store and we will investigate the matter promptly. Bea Lume is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or events outside our reasonable control.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs incurred.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bea Lume purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligible for Return:
- Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
- Items that do not match the product description on our website
- Items that were delivered incorrectly
- Unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return:

- Items returned after 30 days of delivery without prior authorization
