Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Bealume, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our LED mirrors and wireless charging products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.

After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds

To qualify for a return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and components
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Products that show signs of misuse, physical damage, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for a full refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for further clarification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products damaged due to improper use or accidental damage not caused by manufacturing defects

  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such at purchase)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at care@bealume.store for instructions.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping returns

To initiate a return, please contact our support team for return authorization and instructions.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Bealume cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
